How does everything go through the steps?

1.Transfer.  Upon arrival in Bulgaria, you will be met at the airport by a Russian-speaking manager of our Company and taken to the hotel. After the Client has a rest after the trip, our manager will pick him up at the hotel and show the objects.

2. Property vew. 4 days and 3 nights are sufficient for the Inspection Trip, during which you will see with our help all the planned properties and learn about certain features of their location, construction, services provided, etc. We will try to provide you with all useful and important information. As your representative, we will negotiate with sellers, including developers, in order to obtain the most favorable transaction terms and maximum discounts.

3. Reservation of real estate. At any stage of inspections, you can make a choice and book any property. Usually the amount of the deposit (booking) is 2,000 euros and is included in the price of the object of sale. This is necessary in order to fix this property for you and remove it from sale.

4. Preparation of documents. After the reservation, the stage of preparing all the necessary documents begins, including lawyers checking whether there are any encumbrances and drawing up a preliminary contract of sale.

5. Signing a preliminary contract of sale.

Also, if for some reason you cannot be present at the signing of the final contract, you can provide our representative with a duly executed notarized power of attorney.

6. Transfer. At the end of your stay in Bulgaria, our manager will take you to the airport.

Further, we continue active communication with you, we assist on all issues. After the transaction, we will be helpful to you regarding residence permits, real estate insurance, etc., furnishing, transfers, etc.
